1.假冒仿冒他(tā)人(rén)企業名稱、注冊商标、品牌等開設網站(zhàn)、注冊賬号、上架APP和小程序等。

2.采用“貼标簽”“帶節奏”“放(fàng)大(dà)鏡”等方式惡意散布所謂“民(mín)營企業賣國(guó)論”“民(mín)營企業離(lí)場論”“國(guó)進民(mín)退”等論調，渲染醜化、煽動抵觸國(guó)有經濟、民(mín)營企業。

3.洩露企業商業秘密，虛構企業家私生(shēng)活話(huà)題，炒作(zuò)企業家個人(rén)隐私，洩露企業家生(shēng)物識别、醫療健康、金融賬戶、行蹤軌迹、家庭住址、身(shēn)份證号和電話(huà)号碼等個人(rén)信息。

4.假借企業、企業家名義從(cóng)事(shì)違法違規活動，違規使用企業家姓名肖像等。

5.采用“标題黨”歪曲新聞原意、斷章(zhāng)取義企業家過往言論和片面解讀(dú)企業财務報表等方式，幹擾企業正常經營。

6.提供涉企業、企業家虛假不實信息的聯想詞、相(xiàng)關搜索和熱(rè)門(mén)推薦。

7.打着“網絡兼職”“招聘寫手”“市場營銷”“負面輿論公關”“有償删帖”等名義招募網絡黑(hēi)公關、從(cóng)事(shì)黑(hēi)灰産。

8.惡意集納企業負面信息、謀取非法利益，以及發布企業和企業家負面報道、評論後，以删帖、消除影(yǐng)響爲名索要财物、要求投放(fàng)廣告和開展商業合作(zuò)等。

9.蹭炒涉企熱(rè)點事(shì)件(jiàn)進行惡意營銷，以及跨平台多賬号密集發帖惡意攻擊企業、企業家。

10.利用自(zì)身(shēn)信息發布便利，以及技術(shù)、流量、影(yǐng)響力優勢，編造、傳播虛假信息和誤導性信息，抹黑(hēi)攻擊競争對手。
